In three two-hour sessions, you prepare the MMG appraisal system for your school, including self-assessments, supervisor evaluations, goal-setting, and upward feedback. The first session establishes purpose. The second sets the schedule and documentation. The third addresses bias and implementation. You leave with the appraisal templates, a documented evaluation schedule, and protocols for checking bias at each stage, so the process is written down before the next evaluation cycle begins.
