Interview Design for Equitable & Insightful Alignment
About This Workshop
A candidate gives a polished interview, but afterward your team cannot explain what the answers showed about their judgment or Montessori practice. Different interviewers noticed different things, and there is no shared way to compare them. In three hours, you build an interview structure, a question bank, and an evaluation rubric around what matters in your school. You make room for candidates to explain their reasoning and build bias checks into the process. You leave with three written tools for asking more useful questions and evaluating the evidence in the answers.
Who It’s For
For heads, directors, and hiring managers who design interviews or evaluate candidates. It is focused on the interview and selection process, rather than recruitment outreach or job descriptions.
What You Leave With
- ·A written interview structure with bias checks built into the process
